Hi Abe,

If you are concerned about picture quality----buy a Plasma !! I bought two
top of the line Sony's in March and took them back and bought the Pannys. I have never been happier !!

I agree that Plasmas still look the best. I've seen some LCD models that come close but they're usually at the high end of the product line. My issue is weight and ease of installation on a retractable VESA mount. I need to be able to push it back and pull it forward from the wall a few inches. Plasmas tend to be much heavier.
