Anyway, use the included cable. If you have problems with it (sparklies, dropouts, etc), get a new one. The link below will take you to monoprice.com, where you can get a 6ft Certified High Speed HDMI cable (it meets the maximum HDMI specs) for under $4. They also offer two step-up versions, though I doubt you will need their "better" cables. But should you want to purchase one, their best 6ft HDMI cable goes for a whopping $9.67 (Premium Silver Plated Certified High Speed).

Not that that affects performance, but if you need to make some turns in tight places it can be difficult. Seems the cable has a mind of its own! However, since yer usally just running it out of the back of a BD player or cable/satellite box stright up to a tv that "problem" would be non existent. In my case I had to do some twists and turns..
