I have a new Panasonic 3D Plasma TV being delivered to me next week from my local dealer and am wondering if I should get a powerline conditioner for it in hopes of giving me the best picture possible as well as protecting my tv from brown outs and/or surges.
They recommended the brand Panamax. Does anyone have any experience with these or maybe have other recommendations that actually improve picture quality and provides excellent protection?
Thanks much!
Warmest regards,

If you really have brownouts (voltage drops/sags), you may want to invest in a UPS. This device will do its best to keep the voltage constant. Most of them also offer surge protection, but it's the same MOV technology that nearly everyone else uses.
If you don't have this problem, but really want to protect your investment from surges, get a Brick Wall surge protector. Below is a link to their site so you can read about the technology and logic behind the product.
