The menus are intuitive, very easy to set up, and the bluray picture quality is amazing. I have three and all have been trouble-free; I can't see any reason to spend more. The LG, Panasonic, and Samsung models that I've set up for other people have been needlessly complicated and a real PITA to use.

Maybe try Denon. I have one in my 2-channel rig with good results.
