Help! I have an old Denon AVR-2700 I need to replace. I purchased a new Oppo-BDP105 and realized after renting a Blue-Ray DVD that my Denon doesn't process DTS signals. I have to have a pre-amp out so I can feed the front channels to a my VAC Avatar. Any recommendations for a replacement for the old Denon that has pre-amps out with a budget of less than $1000? Thanks!

I had one of those too. Still works great after all these years..albeit at someone else's house. After setting up many AVRs for others I say stick with Denon. Finding pre-outs might be tough on the latest ones, but consider a used or floor model from a dealer. As long as it's recent enough to have HDMI 1.3 you shouldn't have to worry about the latest processing modes.
