Their guys attend the ISF school just like all the others do. And they use good equipment. Most of their ISF guys do only that day-in and day-out.
Of course, the quality level varies based upon the experience of the calibrator. But this is true for all types of professional certs. Would the avg. BestBuy guy be better than a real pro who has been doing it for decades? Probably not. But the old pros generally charge $350+ as opposed to $200-300 for BB...
