What i want is a high quality (with output via HDMI) tuner for over the air hi-def signals.
I want two antenna input with auto choose best signal (Plenty of FM tuners had that feature)
Not one has ever been made.
Only the crap tuners for old TV sets..
Where is my tuner?

Some of these have 2 antenna inputs, some if you move up to ther DVR model you get dual tuners, harddrive and more for not much more. I don't know if any have circuity that chooses the strongest antenna though, I didn't look into it that far. You could probably find a product that has 2 antenna inputs/1 output and senses signal strength if need be. I have heard good things about all of these brands over the years. I believe the Centronics and Digiwavetechnologies are rebranded Channelmaster models. Google any of these brands/models to find forum posts on them.

Yes, none that I know of have dual RF inputs, but what about a rotor? Also, if you want new you will probably be limited to a commercial unit (http://contemporaryresearch.com/products/catalog/232-ATSC%252B1%253Cbr%253E%2BHDTV%2BTuner/24) or the like. If you don't mind used the Samsung SIR-Txxx series delivers good performance and can be had on e-bay.
