On the scenic stuff you might check to see if any of the Windham Hill stuff was brought to Blu-ray. I have a DVD by BT that is really cool, I can't begin to describe the visuals and the music is sort of Electronica/New Age, but I'm not sure if any of his stuff is on BD yet.
There is quite a selection of concert BD, depends on what type of music you like. I found the Blue Man Group entertaining. The Ramsey Louis Jazz sampler with various artists I like. A couple regulars of mine Rush's Time Machine and Incubus. If you like Incubus they have a couple different concerts on BD.
Things like Led Zepplin, Song Remains the Same and Pink Floyd, The Wall are on BD.
