Hi for the past 2 days my Netflix would not allow me to see a movie. I went thru numerous things to do to correct it. One girl that I was talking to said Samsung owners were calling all day..I could type 500 pages of agony, but before you let anyone help, turn off your modem, for a while, not just briefly. It's working pretty good now, maybe not some new rocket science but might save you some agonizing red tape....Mark Korda

I have to reboot my Arris cable modem about every week or two because it just drops the internet. I need to wait about 45 seconds for the memory to clear before plugging it back in. My problems are not Samsung HDTV/Netflix related, but they will be in about 3 weeks when I buy my first Samsung HDTV and start streaming Netflix for the first time.
Glad you figured out the problem. It will probably save me some grief.
