Hmm, I wonder what else Samsung might remote access your smart TV for? Does your TV have a built-in camera for Skype? What type of programming do you watch? I suspect Samsung might know. ;-)

Actually, you have to set the TV for Remote access and it only works for one time. You have to give the tech a one-time code, so that he can get in.
