I suspect that they will eventually print movies onto credit card size holders, but the USB stick will be bypassed. Still, the simplicity of printing on an optical disc means they create them for pennies and the drives don't cost that much either. I think the portable market will drive this decision, probably, Apple Computer.
Follow Ups:
Just as the SSD's push the traditional hard drives in computers, this will happen to film media. All those problems with disc scratches will go away. I can't tell you how many Netflix discs we had to send back because they were all scratched and unplayable.
The Ultra-Blu-Ray will have even finer detail, hence will likely be even more susceptible to damage.
