Here is another take - I recently bought a BenQ HT1075 projector for $800 and an 120" Elite Screen for about $400. I'm extremely impressed with what $1,200 can buy these days. It makes my older 50" Panasonic plasma look like a toy. I must admit however that I did paint my walls and ceiling in Ben Moore Charcoal Gray and covered my 3 skylights so the room can be made completely dark!
