They don't know when to end a skit. They mostly go on too long, I assume to fill a time slot. It's hard to believe that such experienced people involved in the production don't know about timing (such a small thing in comedy...). If the skits were half as long and they had twice as many, the show would be hugely better. But twice the pain (and cost?) to produce.
