who run away together to escape her 'manager'.
The rest holds interest, I hate to say why only that you should see this film, which is told in a very plain fashion, you know exactly what the people are thinking in some tense moments.
Despite the plot, a pleasent viewing and very worthwhile.
I look forward to more films from director Götz Spielmann.
thanks

on middle-class feelings and society in general.
This film was mildly entertaining, in that I didn't turn it off. It's plot was so ridiculous, so melodramatic, that it destroyed all possibility of taking it seriously.
Lots of nice breasts on display, however, the biggest set were too concealed.
It really smelled like it . . . glacially paced, no music, undercurrent of struggle, unlikely situations.
I found it amusing in that the story unfolded in an expected way but with plenty of "exposition" due to the slow pace. We see the multiple ironies close-up (the type that never really happen).
Maybe all Germanic-types think alike.

He solves the problem on the spot!
Lemme guess - the hooker looks like a Milan fashion model, not like those ladies with no teeth that you see at truck stops?
Anyway... from the oldest profession to one of the most overplayed subjects.
Just idle thoughts... not related to your post or film! :)

and yes she is better than most, btw it wasn't me at the truck stop!
also:
I meant to mention there is a plot 'hole' that seems unlikely but it did not ruin the story for me.
You really do want to shake things up around here don't you Victor?
I guess I'll live....
;^D
thanks

I don't want to count how many prostitutes movies I have seen, and I am as much a sucker for them as the next guy... Meg Ryan and the likes of her keep me riveted to the screen... as long as my wife is not in the room - she hates such movies! I wonder why... :(
