OK, might not be any watchers, but gonna ramble anyway.
BB Canada has unfortunately been canceled. Our family preferred it to the US version feeling it was a bit more creative and had a better host.
BB US has tried to incorporate changes, this season is AI. Could it be that all of my family feels it's a horrible thing and others disagree? Sure.
I do think there's a good opportunity for next season tho. Ditch AI (should actually phase it out this season IMO), and hire Arisa Cox. Julie Chen is retiring, Arisa can slide right in. 2x improvements.

It is a guilty pleasure and I have watched it since USA season one. It is a interesting look at mostly younger people stuffed together in a closed environment for three months. A summer grade B series IMO.
About the only one I watch each week is the Thursday elimination edition. As they near the end I watch more of it. I am still not up on all the AI twists they added this season.

There was a time long ago when I thought this was the most fun thing on TV. Because of the 24 hour internet feeds and the discussion site jokersupdates, I could tune in any hour of the day or night and chat away about the minute details of whatever was going on in the house. It was all consuming in a way that the TV episodes never have been. Anyway, lots of other things took away my time...I still have a subscription to Paramount plus but only check out the feeds now maybe a few times a year for a few minutes. The updates and discussions still happen every second on jokersupdates. Because it's an old habit, I still watch the show, but don't care too much any more. The lightest of light entertainment. Because it's been part of summer for 20 years, it feels like a part of summer. But if you get into the feeds, it's more than a show, it's really a unique concept for those who have lots of free time.
