If I hadn'a seen it I wouldn'a believed it.It was a preview before Monsoon Wedding yesterday. The colors were washed-out and the technique jerky. Ugly.
Monsoon Wedding was lots of fun, and in parts very moving too. A couple sequences had a TV show in progress, and when that was blown up to theatre-screen size -- it was made to look just like... Eric Rohmer Goes Digital!
