Hi,
I buy it, rip off the shrinkwrap, and check the condition right there in front of the clerk. I once went through 3 or 4, and the clerk went to the shelves, and got a relatively new one off the rack. Got rid of me, tho :) Seriously, if you're willing to do that, it can be ok. My complaint is that the used price went up, so the heck with it.
