I have seen Payday, A Day in the Life of Ivan Denisovitch, Fat City, Dawn Patrol, and The Quare Fellow. I even remember some of the specific thaters where I saw these films. A lot of those theaters are no longer standing.I also saw Sometimes A Great Notion, but didn;t care for it.
Saw Billion Dollar Brain way back when - I was a huge Michael Caine fan and then current BF was mad for Ken Russell. (We even saw The Boyfriend in orignal theatrical release.) But I think we were both under the influence at the time - I remeber absolutely nothing about this film.
Do you actually remember thse movies for their original releases? Or do you just watch a lot of cable?
So many movies...so little time.
