In the Cut: Meg goes ALL the way!

Wanna see Meg nekkid?

I may be in the minority on this one but I liked it. It was an indepth, slow-motion story of several human train wrecks. It was deliberately drawn out yet intriguing and almost embarassing as we see the characters' lives so closely.

Meg looked absolutely ordinary. The camera was close-in and revealing yet refreshing in it's 16mm handheld kind of way. Campion's "feminine" touch ruled the day. (What knuckle dragger would have two shots of kitties?) Casting was excellent as Ruffalo was most convincing as a marginally-legit detective with a penchant for the ladies. And, J. J. Leigh did an excellent small turn as a sexually obsessed stalker.

When the closing titles came up I felt I needed a shower. I no longer felt clean. This film has an effect.
