I loved Chandler's books when I was younger. With movies it was mostly a miss. Maybe if David Lynch would made one it could be something worth watching. Bogart stays my favorite but would love to see modern, truly noir take on the character which I think aged quite well. Much better than
Poirot, Sherlock and whomever. I guess with today's 40 some males pretending they are still 17 it vould prove difficult
