I don't think I've ever read a post I've agreed with so wholeheartedly, every single point... I've wanted to vent re Sony so often, but it's not really my thing, so appreciate you doing it. Love their displays though, have several at home including a new one and one >20 years old, probably the only electronics purchases I've ever been 100% satisfied with, not a single complaint. But hate their apparent complete disdain for their customers.
