The major drawback is geography. The closest distribution center to me is Atlanta, about 440 mi away. I can turn a disk around in six days. I figure if I can get 12 a month I'm getting more than my money's worth. Lately, "blips" in shipment have occurred that has now thrown off the turn-around by a day or more. I track it on a spread sheet to gauge how I'm doing. Btw, I watch the disk the night I get it and drop it at the indoor mail slot at my post office the next day.They don't have "everything" but at 15k titles they have most of it. For twenty smokes a month it's pretty good and you can get plans for 5 or 8 simultaneous rentals. If you are a busy guy, three is plenty.
