That's because the silly sci-fi and archeological flicks are the norm for him. Best mindless entertainment in Years? Please...
Written for adults??? I haven't seen part 2 yet, but I just saw 1 last night. Minimal dialog, OK action, but I've seen better sword play movies. It was a nice tribute to the Shaw Brothers and Manga comics,but I didn't think it was worth the hype. That's just me. I'll see part 2 when it comes out on disc, but I won't bother seeing it in the theaters.
