This film didn't do well at the box office but has since become a cult classic on video. I know people who watch this movie over and over and over. I think my favorite character is the foreign guy who doesn't "get" the questions like "What would you do if you had a million bucks?" -- "What if we were still doing this job thirty years from now?" "Oh man, that would some great job security!"If you like this office stuff, I recommend the British series The Office, which only ran for two seasons on the BBC. The first season is better than the second. The boss is a selfish, boorish, incompetent a-hole, and you will see in him every boss you've ever hated. I haven't rolled on the floor laughing from a TV series since Fawlty Towers. You can rent it from Netflix.
