I own it; I love it too! I think it is one of Steve McQueen's best performances, certainly better his work in The Great Escape (I admit to not have seen Bullitt in a long time, so I can't compare his performance in that movie).

I miss McQueen; and Bronson (his pre-Deathwish work!), and Newman (he is down to bit parts mostly), Brando . . .
