Newman was excellent in the strangely modern but very likable "Left Handed Gun" and a true superstar in the also underrated "The Long Hot Summer," but young Paul was at his very best in the unheralded "The Young Philadelphians."
I've always been a sucker for Horatio Alger stories (film and book) and this is one very good one.
