That doc, about a MA asylum, was banned for 20 years. I was lucky enough to see it in 1972 at a festival. For such a compelling and influential filmmaker, Wiseman still doesn;t get a lot of press, even in this current"golden age of documentaries". Most of his work was done for PBS.Check out Hospital as well.
