On consceutive nights I watched Mamet's "House of Games" and "The Spanish Prisoner". Some of the cast are in both. Both are well crafted elaborate con games with many plot twists and surprises. Both are worth a look more than once. "The Spamish Pridonoer is the more complicated of the two and is similar to Mamet;s play, "The Water Engine". Lindsay Crouse, mamet's wife at the time is in the first film and Rebecca Pigeon, Maet's wife att that time, is in the second, albeit with a smaller role than Crouse.
