Took me a while to warm up to this movie. I still think the whole is less than the sum of it's parts though. I had previously caught bits and pieces of it, but once I saw the test drive scene with Arnold and the phony spy car salesman, I was hooked. And of course Tom Arnold hiding behind a thin light pole to deflect bullets.
