All I can say is so what? I, as a viewer, wanted more. IMHO, instead of an "A-", which based upon the previous 100 mintues the movie deserved, the movie dropped to a "B" in my book. And speaking of, I didn't read the book.
I like McCarthy. I read The Road last year and can't wait for a film adaptation. BTW, that story had a logical, tho a bit tidily wrapped up, ending.
As a Coen affort, below Fargo, Brother..., Miller's Crossing and Lebowski. Rasing Arizona is out there somewhere in a class by its own self. About in the middle of their ouvre.
