I watched The Matrix last night and was impressed with the DVD transfer. It looks great and sounds wonderful. A nice use of 5.1. The movie is entertaining and fun. The production design is rich, great sets et.... Reeves is the weak link but is tollerable. Carrie-Anne Moss is stunning, and is a very fine actor. Fishburne has a great film presence, he can just stand there and be entertaining. I think this is a must have for a DVD collector.
I haven't gotten into the "Special Features" yet but they seem to be ok.
