The Texas Mayor who can't remember the name of their local Gulf War hero ( Rubin Santiago ) even tho' all the Counties street names are in Spanish + most of the population
The barman who suggests the (earlier) sheriff would have asked the mixed-race couple to leave the Bar "as a kind of a safety tip"
