I have had the worst time with AT&T over the past 6 months. We moved into our house in March and my old phone/internet provider did not offer service here. AT&T offered to waive their setup charges and give us a good deal for U-verse phone/internet, so I agreed to go with them. Since then it's been a nightmare of overbilling, double billing and each time I try to get it rectified, they charge me an exorbitant setup fee that was supposed to be waived in the first place. Today I got a bill for $200 and was on the phone with them for another hour. Is this normal?

- No, but, price creep has been an issue. I usually call em once a year or so and tell em I'm gonna cancel - Road Warrior 20:45:53 08/19/13 (1)
