I have to agree totally with you. I too suffer from a mild form of depression- have since 1998 after a major concussion side-lined me for a few weeks. After that, two thing happened;1. Severe mood swings. Managed fairly well now and I stick to my regimen, if only for the fear of it rearing its (and my) ugly head again. I can't actually remember when the "switch" (as D-wife calls it), would click and off I went about something anything, but it was (and sometimes still is) a dark spectre that I have to live with.
2. A unique additive to my behavior is that of weather forecasting. Let's just say that my head can pretty much predict when a low pressure system is on it's way. Great for living in Kansas, that's for sure!
