His Texas roots are doing more for him every year, especially in such a role.
Thought he did a fine job of directing it as well as dancing.
Co -wrote it as well.
Would like to see him get deeply involved in bringing a James Lee Burrke
novel to screen life. I think he'd make a better Hackberry Holland than the
Dave Robicheaux he portrayed in In the Electric Mist with Confederate Dead.
TLJ made a MUCH better Robicheaux than Alec Baldwin did though.
The Homesman IS a sad story, but a wonderful film.
