Mr. Grizzly Man and his girlfriend were mauled, killed and eaten alive by a brown bear, with the video cam running, while doing bear documentaries in Alaska.
A film was made about the guy in 2005 by Werner Herzog, who listened to the horrifying tape and advised that it should be destroyed. It was not included in the movie. My guess is that it didn't much resemble sex. The investigative cops who had to listen got sick.
