I hate to butt in like this, but your header implies these guys are slightly off base, when , they might feel very reasonable in their never forget position.I wouldn't know, never having discussed it with an englishman.
But I did once sail with a WW2 nazi as second engineer , and talked to him as we watched scenery from the ships rail going up the congo. That guy was still a proud nazi, he certainly didn't forget, said he was a submarine officer in the war.
Having seen what a death cult that deal is, I was driven to point to another side of the conversation. I doubt if my concern was your intent, and I don't mean to insult, that you would support nazis. I just wanted to point out , from my experience, they, the never forget crowd, could be very reasonable and solid thinking.
