Advice needed for HT surround

Do any HT (surround) receivers exist without the tuner? I am looking for the advanced sound qualities of surround receivers but also love music and will be using the receiver about 60:40, music:ht. I have looked at the Denon 4800, Rotel, etc. and all have built in tuners. Anything of good quality available without the built in receiver/tuner? Thanks...
