i don't know the answer, i'm assuming home DVD players are not up to snuff for road bumps and such....As an avid music/movie lover, i spend a lot of time and money figuring out ways to reduce vibration from my system!Anyway, the reason i posted is that i have seen some pretty inexpensive DVD setups from Parts Express and seem like you could get in to the mobile DVD thing for much less than 600 if you are willing to have a crack at DIY....
