We paid $487K for our place, closed on 3/5, could probably list it for $589K and get asking. (Of course, we've spent about $30K remodeling it.) Still, nuts.My entertainment center equipment is pretty modest:
-KEF Q15 mains & Q95C center
-JBL N24 rears
-Paradigm PDR-10 sub (probably first upgrade, to Dayton's Titanic kit)
-Yamaha HTR-5150 receiver (probably the second upgrade)
-QED Qudos speaker cable, DH Labs ICs and Belden 1694A component wiresDoes OK for now!
