I used to have the 9000, and recently upgraded to the 5300(asian model). I have to say that the newer model, though cheaper, surpasses the older top-of-the-line model in both the area of picture and sound quality. However, my 9000 did not have progressive scan, so on the video side, the 9200 should still be comparable to the later models. Does the 9200 have the 3:2 cinema picture pull down?On the audio side, the newer models are superior due to the 24/192 chip.
