www.avsforum.comThe shootout is great, but you will find user comments very helpful on the DVD forums over at avs, the best HT site on the web. They also have an extensive projector forum. Beware chroma bug, nonscaling capability, color fidelity, 3/2 pulldown capability etc.
If you are using a FP, you WILL notice quality. You don't have to spend more than 1K, but stay away from the el cheapo stuff. What resolution is your preojector? Is it HD capable?
Get thee to avsforum. Might also try hometheaerforum.com and hometheaterspot.com
