Denon 5900

I was wonding where i could find information on the denon 5900. I am plannig on getting the denon 2900 and the denon 3803 tomorrow.
Is that a good combination? Should i wait longer untill later this year? What price would the 5900 come in at? If i get the 5900 what receiver would match it? I really don't want to spend more than $4500 between the two.
Also, i'm a newbie whan it comes to good video and audio eqiupment. What are so good sites that would give information on what's coming out next in the near future and other forums that might be of interest to me.
