I think audio only multi-channel preamps are the only way to fly. I purchased one of the first units off the line of the McCormack MAP-1. I have been very pleased and it has allowed me to successfully integrate Home Theater and Hi-End two channel in one easy to use great sounding system. Service from McCormack (Conrad Johnson) has been first rate. I'm surprised more audiophiles have not explored this approach?
