"New" Fujitsu Plasma TV on ebay???

Any comments on this seller? The model he is offering retails for $4,000+ yet he is selling for $1,654 including FREE shipping with mfgr warranty? His feedback shows only 2 transactions since 2000, and they were for him as a buyer - 2 softball bats, no less!! Is this a scam?
