I picked up an HLN5065W DLP late last year. While I liked the bang for the $, I didn't like the strong green "push" and the occasional AV synch problem (at worst, was like watching a film dubed poorly into English).Samsung offered to swap out parts of the tv to hopefully fix the problem. That got pushed back, so they offered to exchange it for the next model (when it comes out). When that got pushed back, they gave another option and offered to refund the purchase price (excluding sales tax and any extended warranties purchased). How often does that happen - can you imagine a car company offering to buy back a car because of a design flaw??
So I'm in line for a refund now. I'll wait till year end for X3 DLP models to come out, or even a Plasma. But either way, I'm planning to get another Samsung. This is a company that has earned my respect.
