To answer your questions:1 correct.
2 correct.I can run the DVD into input 1 2 and 3 and it works. The games, both of them, hooked into 1, 2, and 3 won't.
Svid works fine through the receiver.
I am beggining to wonder if I damaged the video game cables when I unplugged them and that the receiver is sensitive to this damage while the display isn't. I just don't know if that could happen or not.
