HDMI and DVI should present the best picture quality. The only advantage I see for HDMI is the smaller connector size and the fact that it also carries the audio signal. If you don't need the audio signal then DVI is just fine too. Next choice would be the component video outputs (Red Green Blue) in terms of picture quality, then S-Video, and lastly the common RCA composite output.
