I posted a reply discussing the lack of analog pass through with MC-1, hence my choice was for a different pre-pro (Nakamichi CA-1) that is very good with HT and better for music than the MC-1, but for strictly movies and video switching, go with MC-1, which is about the best HT pre-pro out there, with many excellent features incl good video switching (but not component swithing), logic-7 mode, user definable xovers, upgradable platform, and the best remote I've used.
