Hi, I'm looking to purchase a new Dell, and use as a 2nd video source, just to avoid the family fueds.
I believe if you open the QT properties in the Control Panel, you can choose it to play certain file types by default. Maybe this works visa-versa with WMP too. Worth checking anyways.
What's the processor speed and how much RAM do you have in your box?
Have you tried closing all other apps. and starting from a fresh boot?
